Terms & Conditions

Sessions
- Recording sessions have a 1-hour minimum.
- Every session includes 30 minutes of setup before recording.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Booking
- Recording sessions must be booked at least 7 days in advance.
- Free studio tours only need a confirmed time.
- Your session is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email.
Payment
- Payment is due in full before or at the start of the session.
- Sessions over $500 can be confirmed with a 50% deposit, with the balance due before recording.
- No files are released until payment is made in full.
Cancellations
- Please give 48 hours' notice to cancel.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% fee.
- No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Delivery & files
- Raw files are delivered within 24 hours of recording.
- Edited content is delivered within 5 business days. Rush delivery is available for a fee.
- You're welcome to bring a USB drive or hard drive.
- Files are kept for 7 days after delivery.
Ownership & promo use
- Once paid in full, you own all recorded content.
- The studio may show short clips or behind-the-scenes photos only with your permission.
- Promotional use is opt-in only.
